Dietz Bakery

My name is Caroline Dietz. I moved to Riviera in December, 2018. I originally came here after my grandmother was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer as well as stage four kidney disease. Both my grandparents were in need of some help, so I packed up all my belongings and moved out of the DFW area to Riviera, TX.  After moving here, I noticed a need for a good hometown bakery. Of course, we all have those neighbors that are great bakers and who always bring over some yummy treats, but there are also those who want to give something back but do not have the time to make anything. I am here to help anyone who needs a cake or pie for a party, or cookies for possible visitors.
